Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits for services rendered by Jamez Dudley LLC ("we," "us," or "our") are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a deposit has been made, the client acknowledges and agrees that no portion of the deposit will be refunded.

2. Org Wise Membership

The Org Wise membership fee of $125 is non-refundable, except in cases of death. In such cases, the remaining days of membership will be prorated and refunded to the estate of the deceased. The membership is not transferable, and no other exceptions will be made.

3. No Refunds for Services Rendered

For services rendered, including but not limited to consulting, grant writing, program development, and strategic planning, no refunds will be provided unless there is a material breach of contract by Jamez Dudley LLC. A material breach of contract is defined as a failure to perform a fundamental duty outlined in the contractual agreement between the client and Jamez Dudley LLC. In the event of such a breach, any refund will be strictly limited to the portion of the service that was not completed, as determined by mutual agreement or legal judgment.

4. Material Breach and Resolution

In the rare instance of a material breach, Jamez Dudley LLC will work to resolve the issue amicably and in accordance with the terms of the service contract. Refunds will only be considered if all attempts to resolve the breach fail, and the client provides written notice of the breach, giving Jamez Dudley LLC 30 days to cure the breach. Any refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of the work that remains incomplete at the time of the breach.

5. Legal Enforcement

In the event of a dispute, Jamez Dudley LLC will pursue all available legal remedies to recover fees owed, enforce this Refund Policy, and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to civil claims, collections, and legal action under applicable Georgia laws. Any fraudulent claims for refunds or attempts to circumvent this policy will be prosecuted under Georgia law, and we will seek damages, attorney’s fees, and costs incurred in the course of enforcement.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising under this policy or related to services provided by Jamez Dudley LLC will be resolved in the courts located within the state of Georgia.
